I am a lawyer with an MSc in Management Sciences, dedicated to the culinary world. I strive to provide the best service, product, and experiences through knowledge and training. As a professional cook, barista, certified coffee roaster, and Sommelier from the Academy of Sommelier of Venezuela, I am also passionate about tea, studying its quality, service, and etiquette.
I am a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, Venezuelan rum, and craft beer enthusiast, currently serving as the Ambassador of Mito Brewhouse Craft Beers, which uses 100% national raw material and has won multiple international awards.
My Andean essence is reflected in my approach to hospitality, ensuring excellence in all aspects of restoration services. I have worked as a personal chef, creating memorable dining concepts and private events, and as a lead chocolate maker in the first bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Wisconsin. Now, I am the brand ambassador for Alba Chocolatier in the United States, bringing the rich flavors of Oriental chocolates to a broader audience.
My vision is to continue growing in private services, achieving harmony between flavors through my culinary expertise and personalized service. Personally, I am grateful for the technology that allows me to share my passion and learn more about life in this beautiful country each day.
